Greetings Wells Counseling Clients:
First of all, allow me to thank you for being such a loyal and consistent customer to Wells Counseling Services. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we hope we have been successful in providing you with excellent counseling services and resources. We welcome your feedback and are striving to add resources for those seeking help. This fall, we will be bringing on two other counselor interns, one male and one female. This will allow us to open more evening hours and to seek on-site counseling opportunities at future partners’ sites. One further benefit in adding more counselors is the ability to address trauma through the use of EMDR therapy, please see EMDRIA.org if you have interests. More will follow on each as they open up their schedules.
As of September 1, 2017 the hourly rate for counseling at Wells Counseling Services will increase from $90 to $100 per hour for individual sessions and from $100 to $115 for couple’s and family sessions. We resisted changing our rates prior to the summer, but the time has come for this increase in order to continue providing the quality of care that our expertise offers. Our hope is to stay in line with the area market. We also underscore our understanding of the importance of having a significant and hopefully transforming counseling experience — individual, marriage, family, or student. Rates for interns will be at the reduced rate of $90. EMDR will have a separate rate. The rate of $75 will remain for initial intake sessions.
For our current, valued customers, existing active clients will receive a 180 day grace period to remain at their current rates for the next six months in appreciation of their business.
Thank you for the great relationship we’ve already built and for the opportunity to continue walking alongside you through healing, relationship growth, and transformation. If you have any queries regarding this change then please don’t hesitate to contact me.
